Does it make any difference if I’m on a debt management programme?
Not in the slightest.
How much money must I owe in order to qualify for your service?
In the case of loans or credit cards, you must have an outstanding balance of at least £2,500 in order for us to pursue your claim. For payment protection claims, there is no minimum value. Contact us to find out more.

What happens if I cannot find the original paperwork for my loan or credit agreement?

What happens if I no longer have the loan or policy?
So long as you still have the relevant paperwork, you are perfectly entitled to make a PPI reclaim on any loan taken out in the last six years, providing you haven't already made a successful claim against the policy.
